Sean is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and strategic business professional with more than 30 years of experience creating opportunities, building partnerships, and advocating for individuals and communities that have historically been underserved and marginalized. Throughout his career, Sean has remained committed to helping people access the resources, support, and opportunities they need to live healthier, more independent, and more fulfilling lives.
Chief Medical Officer
With board certifications in general and pediatric surgery, Dr. Adibe brings a unique clinical perspective to the challenges faced by patients of all ages, and their loved ones. His research on best practice for optimal surgical outcomes has been published in leading medical journals.
Chief Clinical Officer
Natasha provides strategic leadership across clinical operations, care coordination, quality, and patient-centered service delivery. With extensive experience in geriatric, rehabilitation, and post-acute care, she is passionate about creating innovative models that improve access and continuity of care for seniors in the community. Natasha is especially committed to advancing health equity and improving outcomes for underserved and older adults through compassionate, culturally responsive, community-based care.
